Holiday is proud to represent a new collection of hand made GORGEOUS scarves by Aidai.  Adai is a social enterprise venture featuring designs of a young, innovative and talented woman from Kyrgystan.  The project is a collaboration effort spear headed by Vista 360, a US based non-profit founded in 2004 to promote social enterprises in mountain regions and around the world.

Aidai uses a traditional hand-rolled felting process in an entirely novel manner.  There is no stitching in her unique scarves.  Each scarf is a one-of-a-kind textile combining the qualities of silk and felt.

Through the work of inspired women on both sides of the world, selling a single scarf in the U.S. becomes a livlihood for many families in Kyrgyzstan.
